Obviously he was not chosen by us in the draft but he decided to come as a free agent. He has chosen to bring the franchise back to where it deserves to be, after all these dark years. He put a great weight on his shoulders, a weight that no one was willing to bear, and he managed to keep his promises the day he signed.
He is also a leader off the pitch, a true leader of humanity with everything he is doing for the community. We are very proud to have him with us in Los Angeles. "
