In New York there is no Lockdown, the restaurants are open

 Friends you often ask me what the situation is like in New York.  Given that after nine months I don't want to talk about this again, but I do it on this occasion.  In New York there is no Lockdown, the restaurants are open, but inside with a capacity of 25%, while they have many outside seats.  They have created real covered and heated outdoor spaces, right on the street.  The theaters are closed and they will be all winter, the museums are open, gyms, barbers, and everything else is also open.  Open schools, but parents can decide to have their children study from home, and for now 75% of children study from home.  No indoor concerts or events, no audience during matches.
