Lebron the bomber plan to make the Lakers the strongest ever

Chris Paul was undoubtedly one of the players who was best able to redeem himself this year: after his experience in Houston, which ended with bitter defeats against Golden State, the point guard seemed destined for inevitable decline.  But contrary to all predictions, CP3 was able to do a lot more.  Exchanged at OKC without too many greetings, the 35-year-old managed to lead a promising team but without too many pretensions to the Playoffs, also risking to eliminate his former franchise.

Precisely for this reason the player's $ 41 million contract appears to be less excessive, with some teams particularly interested.  Among the possible goals, two teams have long gained ground: the New York Knicks and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Confirming this, Jonathan Macri of Knicks Film School reported a 10-time All-Star interest in both destinations, with an alleged trade approved by Sam Presti, Thunder GM, being evaluated by Leon Rose, GM.  of the Knicks.

Basically speaking, the two teams are at the antipodes and would use Paul for different objectives;  the Knicks, desperate for guidance on the pitch, would start with a player with experience and leadership.  On the West Coast, however, the new champions would find a replacement (or rather, an upgrade) for Rondo, currently a free agent and in the crosshairs of several teams.

One thing is certain: a contract like Chris Paul's will force any team to make a large investment, both in terms of resources and salary cap.
